English major at Auburn University with minors in Italian and environmental sustainability.

Sign?
Sagittarius.

"It’s ‘90s Azzedine Alaïa meets Dorothy Draper and I’m here for it."

Who do you think embodies the Americae woman and why?
Young and fun, but worldly and not afraid to be playful with fashion.

Describe your style and why is it authentically you?
Clean and architectural; never severe. I’m deeply inspired by the shape and function of Japanese and Scandinavian designs, but I’ve collected styling habits from all the places I’ve lived. It’s part Californian ease, part Southern femininity, and part New York polish (and hoops! Always hoops).

What drives you?
I consider it an enormous gift to be a writer in New York. I don’t want to waste a single drop of that opportunity.

What's on your bookshelf?
The Beautiful Fall, in honor of Karl Lagerfeld.

Next or favorite travel destination?
I’m headed to San Francisco in two weeks to get married!

What’s next?
I never know!

What's your personal motto or what message would you like to share with women?
Be kind, be kind, be kind. But also, smash the patriarchy.
