Returns & Refunds
If you are not satisfied with your item, you have 15 days after receiving your parcel to request a return.
All items must be returned in its original condition and accompanied with the original invoice and hangtags attached for a refund.
Items with any tags removed cannot be accepted and will be returned to the customer at their expense.
AMERICAE reserves the right to deny a refund on returned merchandise if item(s) have been worn, soiled, laundered, or altered in anyway.
You will be refunded to your original form of payment.
Email us at email@example.com and we'll help you place the return by emailing you a complimentary USPS return label.
Return shipping costs are complimentary. If the customer chose the complimentary ground shipping option when purchasing their items they will receive a refund for the full total of their order. If customer chose an upgraded shipping method, customer will receive a full refund less said shipping method.
To return your item(s) please follow the below steps:
1. Place the item(s) you are returning and the packing slip in the shipping mailer.
2. Attach the pre-paid USPS return label to your package.
3. Drop off package at your local US Postal Office location.
Every effort will be made to ensure a prompt refund or exchange and an email notification will be sent once your return has been processed. Once your return is received it will be inspected. If the condition of the merchandise is acceptable then a refund will be issued to the original form of payment within 1-3 business days of receipt. Please note that the time it takes for the credit to appear on your original form of payment depends on your financial institution.
Final Sale Returns Policy
Products marked as sale items are final sale and cannot be returned. We understand that buying Final Sale items can be tricky, so if you have any questions––including those about fit or style––please reach out to firstname.lastname@example.org before placing your order. We would be happy to assist you with any questions. Unauthorized returns will be sent back to sender.
We are unable to process exchanges. However, if you would like a new size or color, please return the original item(s) for a full refund, or AMERICAE credit, and place a new order. If the right size, style, or color is not available online, please contact us for further assistance.
Gift Card Policy
Gift Cards may only be redeemed toward the purchase of eligible products on americae.com.
Purchases are deducted from the redeemer’s balance. If a purchase exceeds the redeemer’s balance, the remaining amount must be paid with another payment method.
Gift Cards cannot be used to purchase other Gift Cards. Gift Cards cannot be reloaded, resold, transferred, or refunded for value or redeemed for cash, except to the extent required by law. Unused Gift Cards balances in an account may not be transferred to another account.
We will have the right to close customer accounts and bill alternative forms of payment if a fraudulently obtained Gift Cards is redeemed and/or used to make purchases on americae.com. We will vigorously pursue all fraudulent Gift Card activity to the fullest extent of the law.
Don’t forget, any and all virtual Gift Cards are valid for 12 months from the date of purchase.
Oh no! If your package has been lost in transit, please reach out right away.
After an order has been delivered we cannot be held responsible for lost or stolen packages.
Any delivery dates or times shown as part of the checkout process are estimates only and are not guaranteed. Unless we state otherwise, risk of loss or damage passes to you upon delivery of the Products to your specified delivery location.
