How do I place an order?

You may select the desired product and add to bag. You can continue shopping or proceed to checkout. At checkout, you can either log into your account, create an account, or checkout as a guest.

My favorite item is sold out. What do I do?

For products that are sold out, please find the pre-order button on the product page. If the pre-order feature is unavailable, shoot us an email to tell us you really want an item at hello@americae.com.

I have an item in my order that I pre-ordered. When will my other items shipped?

Pre-ordered items will ship separately from in stock items in an order. All pre-order items have an estimated ship date and you will be notified of that at checkout. Pre-ordered items will be shipped via ground shipping.

I received my order and an item was damaged.

We are more than happy to help you with that item. Please email pictures, a brief description of the damage, the order number, and your shipping information to hello@americae.com. We will follow-up quickly. We will always aim to resolve the issue. Please note that Americae is not responsible for normal wear and tear, such as staining, fading, or scratches.

What about the fit? Will you be offering more sizes?

Yes. As we grow, we plan to expand our size range. If you’re unsure about the size and fit of a product you love, email us at hello@americae.com and we’ll respond with advice. Additionally, each of our product pages has fit notes.

I am not receiving your newsletters or invitations, what do I have to do?

To receive our invitations, sign in on our homepage. Make sure to check your junk email box and the different sections of your email service. If you haven’t received anything, please let us know by emailing us at hello@americae.com. We will make sure to add you manually.

I'd like to purchase someone a gift card. Is that possible?

How can I pay for my order?

We accept Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Discover, Paypal, Amazon Payments, Venmo, Google Pay, and Americae gift cards.
