A few of AMERICAE’s inspirations are vibrancy, gothic architecture – its soft archways and rigid lines, and magical realism – an artistic and literary concept that embeds the fantastical with reality.

The Raw Emerald Bag represents all of these, from the emeralds, teak wood, and gold used which are sourced in South America, to the merging of soft and severe shapes – the very epitome of gothic architecture.
