Elissa Bloom is the Executive Director of the Philadelphia Fashion Incubator at Macy's, one of the leading fashion incubators in the U.S. and an international model for fashion incubation.
She is also a highly sought after international speaker on the business of fashion, speaking throughout Europe and Israel. In 2015 Elissa was invited by The White House to speak at the Global Entrepreneurship Summit in Kenya.

What do you love about what you do?
Having had my own accessories company in the marketplace for 8 years, I love being able to support and mentor designers in their business success.

University of Massachusetts Amherst and the Paris Fashion Institute.
Favorite AMERICAE items?
Who do you think embodies The AMERICAE Woman, living or dead, and why?
Audrey Hepburn. She was feminine with a quiet confidence, worldly, and larger than life –– which is what The AMERICAE Woman embodies.
Describe your style and why is it authentically you?
My personal style is feminine, fun, and flirty. I love wearing dresses, prints, colors, and black. My go-to accessories are earrings and hats. Also, I'm always in heels.

Reality is extraordinary is what happens when you bring your full presence, essence, passion, compassion, and openness to every moment.
